The SPIRAVE online store is owned and operated by Hainan Xuchaye Trading Co., Ltd.
By submitting an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree that your purchase is subject to them and any other applicable policies available on spirave.com.

These Terms apply to products offered through spirave.com.
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable Product Support & Care information should be read together with these Terms.
Product Information
SPIRAVE offers rattan vases, glass vases, and metal vases, bringing together distinct textures, silhouettes, and finishes for interior spaces.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, intended uses, prices, images, and availability accurately.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics, or production batches.
Subtle differences in rattan weave, glass appearance, metal finish, texture, or decorative detail do not necessarily indicate a defect when they are consistent with the product description and do not affect intended use.
We may correct errors, update product information, revise availability, or amend website content where reasonably necessary.
If a significant error affects an existing order, we may contact you to discuss available solutions or cancel the affected item and provide an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.
Product Requirements and Intended Use
Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and intended use before purchasing or using a SPIRAVE vase.
Designs may differ in construction, finish, opening size, base dimensions, and included components. Some products may include or require a separate inner container or liner.
Do not assume that every vase is watertight or suitable for fresh flowers. Add water only where the product description confirms that the vase or supplied inner container is suitable for holding it.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee compatibility with third-party liners, inserts, accessories, or replacement components.
Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance or confirmation of shipment.
SPIRAVE may refuse, limit, verify, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inventory limitations, incorrect pricing or product information, shipping restrictions, duplicate or unusual orders, promotional abuse, legal restrictions, or other circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider and applicable law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, email service@spirave.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing, picking, packing, protective packaging, shipping preparation, or dispatch.

Prices
Product prices on spirave.com are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Prices may vary according to the design, size, material, finish, product variation, or promotional eligibility. The final order total may also include shipping charges and applicable taxes.
The total payable will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may update prices for future purchases. If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may correct the error and contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order with an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.

Rattan structures, glass bodies, metal finishes, and decorative details require different forms of protection. We take reasonable measures to package products for transportation and recommend inspecting your order promptly after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect orders, and related procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact service@spirave.com before returning an item so our team can review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.
Our return procedures do not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products
If your SPIRAVE order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Relevant concerns may include broken or chipped glass, damaged weaving, dented metal, faulty construction, an unstable base, or missing components supplied with the product.
We may request your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, a photograph of the shipping label, or a short video where helpful and safe to obtain.
Please retain the product and packaging while we review your request, where safe to do so. Avoid handling broken glass or sharp edges.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, refund, repair, or another available remedy.
Product Use and Care
Use SPIRAVE products only for their stated purpose and follow the supplied instructions, care recommendations, and product-specific guidance.
Place vases on stable, level surfaces. Protect them from impacts, falls, excessive pressure, and arrangements that could make them unstable.
Lift each vase with support beneath its base or main body rather than by its rim, woven details, or decorative attachments, unless those features are specifically designed for carrying.
Rattan Vases
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or soft brush. Avoid soaking, prolonged moisture, excessive heat, and extended direct sunlight.
Where an inner container is supplied or recommended, follow the product instructions and keep the surrounding rattan dry.
Glass Vases
Handle carefully and avoid impacts and sudden temperature changes.
Where washing is permitted, use lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Follow any special instructions for painted, coated, or decorative finishes.
Do not use a dishwasher unless the product is expressly described as dishwasher safe. Stop using glass items that become cracked or chipped.
Metal Vases
Use a soft, dry cloth unless the care instructions permit another cleaning method. Where damp cleaning is allowed, dry the surface promptly.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture that may affect the finish or contribute to corrosion.
Water Use
Only fill a vase or inner container with water where the product description confirms suitability.
Decorative vases intended for dried stems, artificial arrangements, or display should not be used to hold water directly unless expressly stated otherwise.
Indoor and Outdoor Use
Unless the product page states otherwise, SPIRAVE vases are intended primarily for indoor use.
Protect products from rain, prolonged moisture, extreme temperatures, extended direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals.
Any claim about water resistance, weather resistance, or outdoor suitability applies only where expressly stated for the individual product.
Product Dimensions and Material Variations
Measurements and specifications are provided as practical product references.
Minor differences may arise from manufacturing methods, measurement techniques, material characteristics, or production batches.
Rattan may vary in tone and weave. Glass may show subtle differences in shape or surface detail. Metal may vary slightly in texture, color, or sheen.
These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defect. Significant differences from the product description should be reported to our customer care team.
Product Support and Warranty
Eligible products may receive limited warranty coverage as described in our Limited Warranty & Product Support policy and any applicable product-specific terms.
Please review the relevant information for coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures.
Warranty coverage is separate from statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
